There is something about being near water that is incredibly relaxing and Venus Bay Getaways is only 300 metres from the magnificent 22km coastline. Venus Bay has five superb surf beaches with fine golden sand and the state\'s longest sand spit at Anderson Inlet. Tarwin Lower, with it\'s broad, slow flowing Tarwin River, is home to the 35 metre \'long table\' which has been curved and sloped to symbolise the river. The boardwalks alongside the river and the nearby Bald Hills Wetlands provide a perfect opportunity to view the abundant bird life.
