INVESTING IN "BACK TO BACK" LEASING FINANCE
A high return investment which is still relatively unknown amongst non professional investors is back to back finance for leases. We have several contacts with finance brokers who constantly require leasing finance for their clients. who apply to them for the finance and they in turn come to us. All details are checked out thoroughly and if we wish to proceed we produce a binding contract for signing and registration. We are
completely secured as we own the leased goods. We may also take a caveat/mortgage over their real estate. We have injected all of our finance and now have a loyal group of investors who invest with us as "back to back" leasing finance. We do all the paperwork, GST and BAS returns, depreciation accounting, debt collecting and take all risks associated with the lease. Our investors simply sit back and watch the returns roll into their bank accounts each month enjoying a 20%pa return. We retain the 3 - 4 % we obtain on the lease to do all the afformentioned work. They have no risk as their investments are guaranteed by ourselves. It offers good security because we guarantee our investors money. Should the lessee default it does not reflect on our
investors money whatsoever. It is all totally secured. If a lessee ever defaults the loss would be ours.
It is proving popular with self managed super funds because it is secure and offers a great return. We have several
"self managed funds" investing with us.
